How do you track sales?

Affiliate sales commissions are automatically paid monthly through Paypal, one month (30 days) after the online order is dispatched, and paid out only when your affiliate balance is $20.00 or more. (e.g. if you have $21 in commissions you will be paid the full $21 through Paypal on the monthly payout day, but if you only have $19 you will have to wait until you go over $20 before you get paid anything at all.
